Fairmont Hotels - Canada’s 150th Anniversary Train Experience in Ottawa / Toronto

GOAL

Recreate a vintage 19th century luxury train car experience in partnership with Via Rails in Canada, recreating a cross country train experience. “Fairmont Moments” from Ottawa to Toronto for Fairmont Hotels 150th Anniversary celebration in conjunction with the #Canada150 celebration commemorating 150 years of the brand and all things Fairmont is known for around the world for 30 influencers and media guests.

EXECUTION

Over the top luxurious cocktail party and hotel train car experience featuring the signature Fairmont Tea experience with sandwiches and an array of delicacies for guests to enjoy. We also recreated 3 signature fairmont cocktails along with a full open bar experience. To end the 6 hour train ride we had a very special guest performance by Grammy Award winning artist Sarah McLachlan.

RESULT

Media and Influencers were treated to an absolutely unique and over the top train experience while they journeyed from Ottawa to Toronto. Full of unique programming in local cities featuring wellness, dining and even some more adventurous experiences.
